This is a character and environment study for a children’s book. My goal here was to create interesting and playful characters, and to make a dynamic environment that helps to set the story mood. I’m also limiting my Photoshop brushes (There is an overwhelming number to choose from!) and using acrylic paint monoprints to add texture and a hand made feel to the overall image.
